These Terms of Service apply to the use of the web application Bizvoc (app.bizvoc.com).
The contractual partner for all users is the provider identified in the Legal Notice of this website.

(hereinafter referred to as "Bizvoc", "we", or "us").
Bizvoc offers a vocabulary learning application.
The price for the Premium Subscription is €7.00 per month.
Tax Notice: According to § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), we operate as a small business (Kleinunternehmer) and therefore do not charge or display Value Added Tax (VAT) on our invoices.
Payments are securely processed via our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the monthly fee to your selected payment method.
The Premium Subscription is concluded for an indefinite period and is billed on a monthly basis.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellation can be performed easily within your account settings or by using the "Cancel Subscription" button on our website. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Premium features until the end of your currently paid billing period.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
Premature Expiration: Please note: For contracts concerning the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as this SaaS app), your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun with the execution of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning the execution before the withdrawal period expires, and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., via the contact methods listed in our Legal Notice: https://createbrilliance.com/imprint).
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable if essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) are breached. In such cases, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Consumer Protection: If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in another country, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall remain unaffected by this choice of law.
